Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Delays & Carrier Issues
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly first.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees to reship.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
